Kraken parent and Crypto.com pursue US-regulated derivatives markets
Kraken’s parent company plans to deploy permissioned perpetual futures on Hyperliquid for US traders, with Bitnomial administering and clearing the markets and NinjaTrader Clearing holding customer accounts, according to The Defiant.
Separately, Crypto.com registered with the SEC for single-stock futures and is working with both the SEC and CFTC to offer single-stock perpetual futures in the US, The Block reported, citing CEO Kris Marszalek.

What the market did
Each figure is this site’s own reading, with what it was measured against. A blank is a reading nobody took, not a zero. The before-the-headline window prints the rate a RANDOM hour clears the same bar, because a hit rate without its null is not a finding.
