Crypto.com has registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to offer single-stock futures, according to The Block.

CEO Kris Marszalek said the exchange is also working with the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to bring single-stock perpetual futures to U.S. customers, The Block reported.

Separately, Marszalek said sister exchange OG.com has been cleared by the SEC to offer single-stock perpetual futures in the U.S., according to Cointelegraph, which described the move as an attempt to bridge traditional finance and digital assets.

Perpetual futures on individual stocks would let U.S. traders take leveraged, ongoing exposure to equities through a derivatives product more commonly associated with crypto exchanges. Neither source detailed a launch timeline or specified which stocks would be covered.

Each figure is this site’s own reading, with what it was measured against. A blank is a reading nobody took, not a zero. The before-the-headline window prints the rate a RANDOM hour clears the same bar, because a hit rate without its null is not a finding.
