Cardano launches programmable token standard with issuer-controlled freezes and transfers
Cardano activated a programmable token standard that grants issuers control over asset mechanics, including the ability to freeze holdings and execute forced transfers, according to the Defiant.
Wallets, decentralized exchanges, and lending protocols must integrate changes to support tokens built on the standard. The Cardano Foundation has already tokenized shares of its newly spun-out subsidiary Veridian on the new standard, per CoinDesk.

What the market did
Each figure is this site’s own reading, with what it was measured against. A blank is a reading nobody took, not a zero. The before-the-headline window prints the rate a RANDOM hour clears the same bar, because a hit rate without its null is not a finding.
